Description: Once night a year Mike’s Irish pub receives a constant flow of human traffic brought together by the Wood’s annual St. Pat’s Day party. This rustic Irish pub offers a splash of old fashioned charm as well as the opportunity to sneak away from the major social pockets. Good times…good times….

Description: I stopped by Oakledge Park in Burlington, Vermont on my way home from work to see if I could find any good shots of the ice that usually builds up around the edges of Lake Champlain. This winter, being such a lame one (as far as snow accumulation and extreme cold goes), did not produce the ice I expected. I ended up strolling around and that’s when I stumbled upon one of the many fireplaces that dot the wooded area along the lake’s shore and I shot this photograph.
785 photographs later and I am about to enter March for yet another month of daily photograph posting Things I Saw Photo Galleries.
This project first began back in January of 2008 when I decided that I would post one photograph per day, every day. Here I am on year three and I am now wondering when and if I should stop. In reality I don’t think that I can stop.
